Realtors, we value your referrals! When you refer a client to build with Paradise Homes, you’ll receive a referral fee as our way of saying thanks. It’s a win-win—your clients get a high-quality modular or manufactured home, and you get rewarded for helping them find the perfect housing solution! About the Paradise Homes Realtor Referral Program

Real estate professionals who sign up for our Realtor Referral Program must agree to the terms and conditions outlined below to be eligible for a referral fee from Paradise Homes.

Earn a 1% Referral Fee – Realtors who refer a client who builds a home with Paradise Homes will receive a 1% referral fee based on the home’s base contract amount.

Please Note: Paradise Homes is not a real estate firm and does not offer “co-brokerage” commissions or fees.

Referral Program Rules & Eligibility

Who Can Participate?

• Licensed real estate professionals in good standing with their state.
• Realtors who register their client’s information through our system before their first appointment.
• Realtors who tour a Paradise Homes location before their client visits or attend their client’s first appointment.

Key Program Guidelines

• The referral fee applies only if the client purchases and builds a home with Paradise Homes.
• If multiple Realtors refer the same client, the referral fee will be awarded to the procuring cause of the sale.
• Realtors who personally build a home with Paradise Homes do not qualify for a referral fee but will receive a professional partner discount.
• Customers must purchase within 12 months of referral for the Realtor to be eligible for the fee. A purchase is defined by a signed purchase agreement and deposit received by Paradise Homes (upon closing of a loan, where applicable).

Important Notes

• Paradise Homes reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
• Referral fees will be paid at the time of closing.
• If a client purchases and builds multiple homes, the referral fee applies to the first home only.
• Utilization of the Realtor Referral Program does not increase the cost of the home to the buyer.
